Welcome to Felon Bikes. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy, Shipping, Returns, and Warranty policies. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders

  • Orders are confirmed once we send you a confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or if a pricing error occurs.

  • Orders must be for personal use only and not for resale.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

  • You agree to provide current and accurate billing and shipping details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days where stock is available.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days AU-wide. In rare cases, dispatch may extend to 2–4 weeks; you’ll be contacted promptly if this applies.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once products are handed to the courier.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Faulty, damaged, or defective items are covered under our 24-month warranty and the Australian Consumer Law.

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Warranty

  • All bikes are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty.

  • To make a claim, contact us with proof of purchase and supporting details.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

6. Product Use & Compliance

  • Some models exceed 250W output and are intended for off-road or private property use only.

  • It is your responsibility to check and comply with local road regulations before use.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All names, images, designs, and content on our website belong to Felon Bikes or our partners.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Except as required by the Australian Consumer Law, Felon Bikes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
