Refund policy

Because each bike is specially prepared for your order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on used or opened products. However, we do offer a 14-day return window for bikes that are unused, unopened and still in original packaging, subject to approval. Return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Every Felon bike is also covered by a 24-month manufacturer warranty for any genuine faults. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
