How long does shipping take?
All our bikes ship directly from our Australian warehouse. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive full tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can keep an eye on delivery every step of the way.
What if something is temporarily out of stock?
On the odd occasion a model runs out of local stock, your order will be fulfilled directly from our international warehouse. In these cases, delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks. Rest assured, we’ll always communicate with you promptly if this applies to your order and keep you updated every step of the way.
Where do you ship from?
We’re proudly Australian-owned and operated. All in-stock bikes ship from our local Aussie warehouse, which means faster delivery and no surprise import fees or customs delays.
Do you offer returns?
Because each bike is specially prepared and fulfilled for your order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on used or opened products. However, we do offer a 14-day return window for bikes that are unused, unopened and still in their original packaging, subject to approval. Return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if there’s a problem with my bike?
If there’s ever a genuine fault covered under warranty, we’ll sort it quickly. Every Felon bike is backed by a full 24-month manufacturer warranty. Just reach out to our Aussie support team via our Contact page and we’ll get you riding again as soon as possible.
Will I have to pay for shipping if my bike needs a warranty claim?
We’ll guide you through the warranty process based on the type of issue. Some minor fixes can be handled locally or with replacement parts sent directly to you, keeping things quick and simple. In line with standard e-bike policies, shipping costs for warranty returns may be the customer’s responsibility, but we always aim to find the easiest solution first.
