Every Felon bike is backed by a full 24-month manufacturer warranty, so you can ride with total confidence. We only stock high-quality electric bikes built tough for Aussie conditions, and we stand by what we sell.
How does the warranty work?
Your warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery. It includes the motor, battery, frame, controller and display, plus key electrical components.
How do I activate my warranty?
To make sure you're fully covered, all bikes must be registered after delivery. This helps confirm your ownership and speeds up any future warranty support. We’ll send you a quick registration link after your purchase — it only takes a minute.
What’s not covered?
The warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use (like tyres, brake pads, chains), damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or any modifications. It also does not cover damage resulting from improper maintenance or failure to follow the user manual.
Can I return my bike?
Because each bike is specially prepared and fulfilled for your order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if there’s ever a genuine fault covered under warranty, we’ll sort it out quickly and make sure you’re back riding as soon as possible.
